EXS and the officers and directors are being sued

by the big boys in the Quebec Superior Court. The claim was filed March 2018. This is bad no matter how you look at it. It means EXS won't be able to close any more placements. A lawsuit will scare any investors away - even if they are as stupid as we were.

Unfortunately for those of us retail investors who are already fcked there is little we can do. CD will use the money we gave him to hire a team of lawyers and accountants to defend any claims.

This is bittersweet as it is nice to finally see some investors taking action but bad because the ponzi scheme is finally coming to an end and we are the last ones holding the bag. You can pump, bash, cry, lie, hope, swear...nothing matters now. Just say what's on your mind. We all know what is happening so Peter you can stop pretending. I am going to hold the little shares I have till the bitter end. Selling now is not even worth the commission I have to pay. You are right I am doing very well with IVN...missed most of the pot ride though. The reason you see me keep coming back here really is just that I can't get over the fact that a seasoned investor like myself could get dubbed by people like CD and GWT into this scam. I still can't believe this.
