Share Count Totals

Okay, here is our share count. We only had about a dozen posters respond. However, those dozen or so posters are said to control 13.9 million shares. Some folks chose not to participate (and said they would not participate), so I am sure the real count is closer to 20 million or above IMO. Friends and associates of those posters, most of whom don't post, control another 13-15 million shares. Much of that is from the Timmins investor group that often meets with Chris Dupont at Cedarmeadows.

PJ,So we have enough to decline any low ball offer ? Any timeline on the KC drilling? GWT has mentioned many times the 0.60 offer? Is this something going on or was offered?... Little confused.. PJ, Wolfin, HS, Goldspinner, Goldstore, Saint and any folks please chime in?? Good Luck to All !!!

I suspect an offer was made but the company making the offer didn't own the 20% required to make it legal, so was automatically refused without going to a vote... (as explained in GWTs post)   I few months back when the SP was at about 0.10, I heard of a 0.30 offer being refused, obviously without a vote by stockholders so maybe the same situation then.

Thanks PhillyJack.  If you consider shares held by insiders, it seems to me that longs control more than 50%, and we should be in a position to hold off a hostile bid.

That explains why we haven't seen such a bid . . . getting to 20% would be doable, but getting to over 50% would be very difficult. Only an offer above the $0.60 Canadian level would even have a chance, and GWT has been warning against the shareholders even considering that. What that being said, work needs to be done to get the EXS share price up. I thought the post from GoodWithToys today ...more

Although I love to hear all the positive posts there is one thing missing. News of drill results. With no news of decent results I believe we will be speculating for a long long time. Hope I'm wrong.

The share price of EXS is very accurately reflected by what EXS has shown in its drilling. A bidder NEVER buys a company based on what could be there. The share price is calculated based on contained ounces at the TPW property; all other properties are moose pasture. That idiot heystupid will have you believe there is 20 to 30 million ounces there which is of course ludicrous. The 0.17 share price ...more

BrahmaViddo's post presents as a common sence analogy of reason......... The TPW resource is also largely speculative at this point and would never present as a supportive model towards the requirements of a major unless some major returns would have come out of the latest TECK drilling which would have been known by now if positive.  Those in the brokerage community are positioning the ...more

Please Oh and you should call TECK up and let them know your conclusions. I'm sure they can find a job for you out in the back. One of those outhouses where you can find Brahamvideo squatting.
