Private Placement?

Private Placement?

These guys still trying to fill the private placement announced on October of last year??  They should get their share price up a bit more if they want to get their price of 2.5 cents.  The share structure is decent.  Just need to see things improve in the share price.  Some news would be good.  There haven't been any updates since October 2012.  What's going on management?
