RE:RE:RE:RE:FAS needs proper IR-Market Making function
There is a disjointment between the management and the stock here.  They have a great story , raised a little cash ¨(could have been a financing between 15-20c if they had a proper stock-IR strategy) .  The stock needs to be attractive to shareholders of all types... traders, draft players, investors, current and future shareholders, Private Equity, and other interested parties.

Junior-Nano Cap companies need a few things to flourish:

1. A Strong Balance Sheet
2.Little or no debt (strong current ratio)
3. Well defined corporate strategy  and STORY (MGMT Skills)
                 and....
4. A DYNAMIC IR-Stock Liquidity program.

We shall see shortly how the balance sheet looks (lil worried about burn rate).  Hence the low
price and selling pressure Im thinking.

With all the news around regulation, there should be a little more volatility in the stock..more opportunity to provide a highly liquid environment .  More opportunity for traders, overall just more attractive to the investing public.   And when it comes to attracting PP money , potential investors want to see a well run stock for a variety of reasons.

Im pretty sure a roll back is next - 3 for 1.... perhaps even more.  A future financing will depend on it.
