Gypsy Swap - 2c PP Financing - All the selling makes sense

Gypsy Swap - 2c PP Financing - All the selling makes senseThat makes sense. A Gypsy Swap is pretty much all they can do right raise cash.  The company should be opening a placement to current shareholders with a low price warrant attached.  Reward the people who have stuck with them through this avoidable slide in the stock.  With proper market making services, future PP investors could have sold while the stock continued to be propped at a  price.  SL (supreme pharma) did a placement over a year ago that gave current shareholders first right to purchase the placement.  It was over-subscribed...made alot of sense.

Again management needs a lesson in Stock Strategy Tactics.... the story is great, growth potential but the execution for current shareholders  is  weak.

Gypsy swap - then a rollback.  Insiders and management will be off to the races again with pockets padded.  They have sold the stock down from 15-2.5c .... Greed at its finest.

2c financing - the dilution will be crazy.  Probably a 10-30 mil share financing , better to roll back the stock first , open the PP to current shareholders... avoid dilution.  Tighten up the float.
