Current PP Financing - Makes no sense - Short Term LoserWhy would anyone buy this placement? There are no sweetners attached, no warrants.
The stock is trading below the current market price. And a 4 month lock up....definitely a
losing investment IMO.
The only way this financing has been subscribed at all is by gypsy swap: sell into the open
market , then buy the financing. Makes no sense at all.
All the MGMT decision making with regards to the stock dealings is very suspicious.
Dont listen to the PUMP here. Msg me privately anyone who wants change with FAS.
