Funny you should bring up PYD I bought 60000 @ .09 cents when they consolidated I ended up with 6000 @ .40 cents I spent $5400.00 which @ ,48 cents makes my shares worth @2880.00 I will be a long time getting back to my original investment.I also am well aware of Sam I used to commuicate with the company and trust me the picture you paint ain't so great about Sam either.I had 50,000 shares in NGM and 30,000 shares in EAG a company called Oban (obm) stole both companies first NGM went 20/1 and when they took out Eag it went 20/1 and then OBN went  20/1 out ot 80,000 share I ended up with 635 shares of Obn at $1.00 it is now at $1.50 I will be long gone from this earth before I recover from that one.Obn is now bragging about the Windfall property being the next HIGH GRADE Gold something that I knew all along I could not  belieive that EAG gave away their property so cheap.Its the stock market man you invest and take your chances.it is as simple as that.
