RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FASMy bad, I guess I misread the original news regarding the deal, all this time I thought it was a 60,000,000 exchange, but in fact it's only a tenth of that.
The funny part is I kept on writing this 60,000,000 number and no one here corrected me.
In any case, I can now say that this was a good move on management's part.
