On page 5 of the nov30 nr it says the company issued approx 126,000,000 shares in march and april @ 0.025. Then the rollback of 5:1 in june. It was pre consolidation. That is still approx 25,000,000 unhappy shares post consolidation. But the question still remains, why are insiders not buying at 0.04? Remember last week there was a fake bid of approx 600K at 0.04. Is the current bid at 0.035 all real?
