Roll Back Inevitable, PP is Not Attractive,Time to FIRE MGMT
Without a warrant, why would someone pay 2.5c for the PP?
Free floating stock is being offered at 2.5c.
The managment of FAS has NO CLUE about what they are doing.
These guys need to be replaced.

You have no clue. Just how would someone buy $1 miliion (40 million shs.) of FAS in the open market without running up the price way above $0.025? They couldn't. That is why they participate through PP.....

Nice a PP of 1 million, they can survive another month with those burnrates...

Why bother with the PP at 2.5. Market will crush this to .01 - .015 soon. Rollback is certainty.

ISCFA - well theres a million up for grabs at 2.5c...another mil was sold at 2c. Explain the value of the PP. No warrant, locked up 4 months. Not enough cash for a quarter. It be nice to see a explanation finally instead of more BS.

You're looking in the rear view mirror. Beacon estimates FAS will generate $5.5 million of revenue in 2016 driven by driven user growth. The app launch will fuel user adoption.

Problem is they are lumped in with about 5-6 very similar companies. Nothing to differentiate them. Others are growing faster, already have apps etc. They also need to diversify away from the US market as things are still unclear there and could be so for some time. Other small players are already doing that.

You need to listen to the last CC. The average DFS player plays 3 to 5 sites regularly. Also, novice players are seeking out smaller alternative sites where the sharks with their sophisticated algorithms are absent.

I didn't need to listen to the CC to know that, in fact if you paid attention I have mentioned those exact facts before That is the problem with merging, you end up buying many of your existing customers.
