Email from CEO

He tells me the burn rate going forward is $80,000 per month and the agreement with Fantasy Alarm cuts marketing costs by 85%. Proceeds raised from the current financing are expected to last until end of 2016.

Idiot bashers assuming burn rate is higher because FAS had $3.7 million at Sept. 30 but working capital was $3.2 million and did not include the balance sheet of the acquisition. Sedar.com shows that the acquisition had negative working capital at June 30 of $1.5 million. This probably was more negative at Sept. 30 so the combined entity had less than $1.7 million working capital at Sept 30.  ...more

ISCFA - So how was this  Reverse Merger a good deal for DTS shareholders?  You just showed how FAS MGMT bailed themselves out by merging their bankrupted private company with a cash  rich public company. Now CASH is GONE ...SHARE FLOAT 4x the size... STOCK VALUE down 80%. And now they need more cash because they burned through 1.6 million in a few months.   And ...more

you moron. The cash on DFS balance sheet on Sept 30 was the escrowed funds from the PP that was done to merge with FAS. It was the larger, superior business that FAS was bringing to the mix that helped DFS get the PP completed, you frigging dumbass.....

Larger and more superior?  You are out to lunch ISCFA, makes me chuckle how much of a PUMPER you are.   You contradict yourself over and over.  Stop pumping the stock and start answering some of the questions Ive asked.  You obviously are close to the company, if not an insider .  Your insults show me how ignorant you truly are.   The proof in my arguement is shown ...more

Ya it's funny, there is no income statement filed on sedar with regards to the FAS RTO filings . Have any FAS financials been audited?
Comment by rugulator1 on Mar 03, 2016 1:32am
We shall see in the next months how the financials look.  Plain and simple.  And we shall see if MGMT can get the financing done.  My opinion is they close this financing short of the the 1.25 mil they are trying for...  ROLLBACK will come soon after closing the PP.
