why the stock cannot move past $0.04. As of late no matter how much stock is bought it just seems that there is a never ending supply of stock at $0.04

Unfortunately I do not have an answer....I wish that I did. The continual and seemingly never ending supply of paper on this deal is something that has bothered me since I got in late last year. I used to look at the SEDI reports to see if it was an insider selling but it wasn't.  Until the recent financings there was no paper issued below 10 cents so anyone that had been selling at 6, ...more

They issued a bunch of shares at .025.  Everyone that has those shares have nearly doubled their investment.  I guess those have to go through the system before going up to .05.  Then it will slow down again until those go through the system.

Bottom line is that the company while growing is getting out maneuvered by the likes of Yahoo, CBS & Amaya.  They are #3 to #5 with the rest being mom & pop sized which is fine for a private company but not for a public one. heck FYS.C has done more for shareholders this week. Smaller sites are struggling and the legal uncertainty makes this a high risk play.  TBH best case is ...more

Great post, one also must consider that in July, roughly 80 million shares purchased at $0.025 will become free trading

66% of those shares are closely held by insiders....they will not be traded!!!......

Comparing FAS to Yahoo, CBS and Amaya is comparing corner store to Walmart.  Apples to oranges.  Those three have access to way more people so they can generate more traffic.  The fact that smaller sites are struggling means that if the industry continues to get smaller players will look at other sites including FAS.  This is the time for FAS to take some risk so that they' ...more
