I promise you, if shareholders' value gets wiped out entirely, and you lose your entire investment - even if the company simultaneously announces $billion$ dollar profits, nobody will be charged.

Sure, maybe a lawsuit or two will be filed - my cat can file a lawsuit - but nothing will come of it.

Such a maneuver would be done all legally and stuff - Such is live on the Venture Exchange - which has been criticized by some as having control rivaling those in the Third World.

But that being said.....it's probably too soon to panic, and we can't do nothing about it anyway at this point. And sometimes things work out well.

I don't think Tom would do it was my main point.  It wouldn't go against what he's done for his career. I've had companies that tried doing "questionable" thiings and I was asked to participate in a class action suit and I got money.  Nothing close to my investment but still I got a quarter of it so it happens. But you know you can't lie to the government ...more
