Hopefully, our Board of Directors will be successful in one of 3 ways

1.  Cause the Resolute offer to fail.

2.  Cause Resolute to up their offer.

3.  Find a White Knight to come in and make an alternate offer at a price representing the value of the company.

 

In the event this doesn't happen I refer you to the information on your Right to Dissent as described in

the Offer to Purchase document dated Dec 15/11, refer to Right to Dissent on pages 5, 13, & 26
