Special Dividend
Special Dividend If nothing else (Mercer withdraws offer), the current board should issue a special dividend (one that does not require shareholder approval) to shareholders before the Resolute offer expires. Not sure it is possible, but an extra .10-.20 to shareholders would be nice!
