Lock ups

Who enters into a lock-up with no out clause in the vent of a higher bid. Is it not clear to everyone the that they are all acting in concert. The OSC must recognize this is abusive to minority shareholders.
A majority of the minority must determine FBK's fate given the abuse of shareholder rights by three controlling shareholders acting in concert to prevent higher bids from appearing.

I agree. File a complaint with the OSC: https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/Investors_questions-complaints_index.htm The take-over bid was formally launched today. They obviously don't think Fairfax is a "related party" because there was no mention of an "insider bid", and therefor no protections for minority shareholders (such as indepedent valuation and majority of minority ...more
