It would appear from the bid-asks that people are being cautious - emphasis on cautious. Let's also not forget, this is about the same time last year that Allen starting chirping like a bird - several NRs per month whether warrranted or not. There are alot of irons in the fire and only eight (8) weeks to the Pipeline Act so now would be an excellent time to get some ink drying on some contracts.
