Says 2 of the 'Concerned Shareholder' bought 7 million shares each for a total of 14 million shares but also says 'no consideration paid for the shares'? They got them for free? Strange

The new board and concerned shareholder now control 60,108,731 shares or 16.77% of the company. I don't think they're doing all this only to let their equity die. Financing is probably already being lined up or the assets and the shell can then focus on an entire new business. Is this worth a shot at .05? Thoughts?
