RE: Royalty Payment Coming soon

Two Royalty holders due $100,000 each payable in cash or shares. The company can't afford to pay in cash so they will issue shares. At $.07 a share they will have to issue approximately 2.8 million shares. Just more dilution. I am not sure but my quess is there is over 200 million shares outstanding, fully diluted. This amount of shares outstanding wouldn't be so bad if a lot of the funding for the project was in place. But they are starting from square one. Huge dilution would be required to raise the funds needed. Debt is not such a good idea any more. No cheap money. They could have borrow cheap if they had wanted to but they did nothing. Hard to say where we go from here. Such a disappointment.
