FERNHILL CORP is a new crypto mining company that is planning to aquire various crypto trading platforms and cryptomining assets and reach minimum NASDAQ requirements in 10-16 months. The company has specifically said they do not want to do this via RS. Minimum NASDAQ requirements are 2.00 and the strategic advisor CHRIS KERN is basing his own personal wealth on the success of the company.
