RE: RE: RE: RE: Canaccord SellingThere is no difference, level 2 simply allows you to see the bid and asks not only at the immidiate price but also all the orders below and above the current price.

I am not familiar with scotia trade but normally you would have to subscribe to a separate premium service to get level 2 quotes. For example I trade with ITRADE (formerly ETRADE) however I subscribe to another website for my real time/chart feed. The cost of this service normally runs about $100.00 per month depending on who you use.  TSX Venture is the most expensive exchange for real time, level 2 data.

Having said that, unless you are a daytrader you realy dont need it. any other questions I will be happy to help if I can.
