These guys are loaning the company $600,000 at a thief's rate of 12%/a and then giving themselves a bonus 2.4 mil shares on top. Sounds to me like these guys are raping the company until it goes into the soil with their worms.
"TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 2,400,000 bonus shares, including 1,536,000 bonus shares to the following insiders: Don Green, Bruce Bent, John Gamble, Randy Pilon and David Woolford in consideration of a $600,000 non convertible debenture, due March 31, 2011, with interest payable at the rate of 12% per annum."
