Has been nice on the west as well, it was el nina or whatever this year, which should bring a warmer earlier spring.

All it's gonna take is one positive news release and this thing is gonna pop off. The bid/asks look wicked, and more and more eyes will be watching with spring almost here.

I'm thinking with more and more emphasis on organics and the environment this is both a good long term hold and short term due it spring being around the corner.

Financials at the end of the month should be interesting.
