Just got my recall letter "AGAIN "
Now, I have to question , what else have I been exposed to that may not be good for me ?
I don't get Health Canada allowing this !
Either it is okay, or is not okay ! Make up your mind.
Mettrum, totally terrible to deal with and my enquires have been met with , return unused product and they will weigh it and replace it. From months ago ( are they kidding )
Now from almost a year ago, they want it returned.....Honestly, are they kidding ?
They offered a 20% discount on replacement product ( but I paid full price last week) and my patience and frustration with Mettrum is beyond words.
They charge more than others , yet don't seem to have it together on chemicals or how to treat customers. If my Doctor didn't deal with them only, I would go elsewhere. Tweed is cheaper.
I am waiting for the day when customers can shop without Doctors approval because this kind of recall and customer service, won't fly.
Thankfully Canopy seems to be able to straighten things out and can advise on using Chemicals ( or not using Chemicals )
Now, I know why people want to grow their own. At least you know what you grow and ingest.
