IMHO they have more to gain by buying the last 15 % at a very low cost then trough the company under the bus to buy the assets ....i am actively buying also at those prices and it is lowering my cost by much ...

The last warrant is 20 % higher the the average 20 days before they excercise it ...as of today it is around .30 ...but remember they pay much more money for the first ones ...i guess they will also lowering their average cost by a lot also ..

The annual meeting is on the June 22 th ....i guess if the do exercise their last warrant it will be the next day the 23th .

Who really knows : them not us !
