Some good information here

There is some good information in this article and I'm of the opinion that the Cat Lake community has much broader concerns with the Ontario Provincial Government that could at least partly be influencing this. Some key points from the article: #1 the ALIA started in Sept 2023 and runs to Mar 2025, #2 there is concern that the temporary road will become permanent (what will the lasting impact be to the local environment) and #3 First Mining is contributing funding for the ALIA. There is also a wealth of information online about the Cat Lake community that are well worth taking the time to understand. Everything happens for a reason.
