Keith has been buying in the open market again. After everything that is going on with Cat Lake this makes me feel really good.

Yes, me too, but a $30k purchase is not much at all in the grand scheme of things. Cat Lake will be resolved, and there will be a sigh of relief and a bump in the share price, but in reality First Mining is simply trudging along and about to be heading north from the bottom of the Lassonde curve, and no way around it, that takes time.
