Debt

The USA  qualifies as a banana republic  it ticks off the same boxes,  it's debt is 130 % ratio.  Gold and silver will  run and run hard.

More and more shares of First Mining are being bought in stronger hands, not eager to trade on price bumps. Shares held by longs will bode well when the mining sector sentiment turns, and the market finds shares are not so easily sold anymore. There will be a shake out on the way up, of shareholders happy to get out from under water, but they will find that they sold WAY too soon if the gold price ...more

According by to what I've read, naked short selling has not been adequately addressed, at least not in Canada and as of the most recent PDAC this month, it seems to have been a topic of discussion among junior miners. This could all change for the better in the coming year or two and if it does, it would at least help level the playing field. It seems that 90% of the battle has been convincing ...more
