Shareholders, let's contact the OSC now!

Shareholders, let's contact the OSC now!Not only the sale of the US assets to former FGD CEO doesn't smell well, but since they've sold the international operations, AND the US operations, AND they've laid off all the employees - they've literally LIQUIDATED the company!

There is NOTHING left, no real assets.

In my opinion, there should have been a VOTE! Shareholders should have been given the opportunity to vote for or against the sale. The price paid is ridiculously low! They are giving it away for only $1M - the other $4M paid as a 8% royalty is a joke! It's such a bad deal!

I'm going to make a complaint to the OSC, and I think all shareholders should do the same: https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/contactus_index.htm
