U.S. State Licenses

U.S. State LicensesShorter I mean shooter300; Have you and others stopped to think what the 43 U.S. state licences are actually worth? FGD is getting paid an aggregate of $5.0 million for them. Are you claiming that the licenses are worth more than $5.0 million? If so, how much? Are you claiming that the current directors received better offers for the licences? Are you claiming that FGD even needs the licenses regarding their new strategic direction? You do realize that many companies can apply for licences, dont you? You do realize that making complaints to the individual state licensors will only make things worse? The cost for becoming a licensed money transmitter in all 53 states and territories with individual licensing requirements is approximately $176,226.[4] This would be the cost for all cumulative fees in the various states including: surety bond fees, application fees, licensing fees, investigative fees, and other misc. fees required for individual state licensing. Furthermore, to maintain renewal fees and bond fees as required for money transmitter licensing in various states, the estimated yearly expense to be paid after initial licensing is $136,855. https://www.grimeslawaz.com/money-transmitter-licensing/ Scroll to the bottom for the table.
