Even for me, very strange.................Why do such a small PP, Im going to assume it is friends and family of insiders, that is all I can assume... OK> fair enough.. I think there are but 15 million shares out?? correct me if i am wrong. So these shares now control nearly 10 percent of the company.. OK....... so now what.... I would assume insiders want a project of merit?? such that they can build on it, and have it cashflow positive, as money needs to come into the till, g and a, salaries and such of course... Im going to assume there is another financing coming, no other assumptions on my part... can do 10 million shares at 15 cents to raise 1.5 million, now that would be decent in my mind.... Just have to find that project to put the money into. To be honest, dont think mining is in the cards, I think Mr. Judson will be searching for more oil projects, not gas, as there is speculation after this recent price correction in crude its off to much higher prices... I concur, so I guess, im expecting an OIL project of merit, that the company can control 100 percent. Just my thoughts, thinking aloud. The US is a great spot to look....If it gets into single digits, I definitely will be interested in buying...k8yr
