The way you can get rid of them is to install an "ad blocker" browser plugin with element hiding capability and add the below filter 20 times (changing the numbers to be ctl01, ctl02, ctl03, etc. all the way through 20) That's how many variants (I have found so far) they are using for these spam posts.

You don't have to copy/paste all this. You can just right click the post once you have an adblocker installed, but a single post will only have one of the number variants above. So, I went ahead and added all 20 (ctl01 - ctl20) to my blocking filters list. Poof. Spam posts GONE.

Ad blocking and element hiding is really the only way this bloated site is even remotely tolerable anyway.
