Upcoming BCSC Hearing
On April 9th, the BCSC investigation hearing (involving LIHT and a couple of dozen other players) is on the docket. Looks like the hearing is mainly for the purpose of extending, or not, the current temporary trading orders that expire on the 10th. Most likely they will get their extension.
It is anybody's guess how long this investigation will continue but it might be a long time given the complexities of such a large number of individuals and companies involved in it. I hope not because it is obviously not a good thing to have hanging over LIHT. In addition to the Veritas issue, it might be why Linda is standing aside for now.

On April 9, 2019, the panel extended the Temporary Orders against all parties until the panel has reached a decision on the Executive Director’s application to extend the orders.
