Lakeshore Denies Weed Legally Agricultural?? On what planet?

Lakeshore Denies Weed Legally Agricultural?? On what planet? The legal implication of Lakeshore's "move" is that it is at the discretion of the Town of Lakeshore whether growing marijuana is agricultural or industrial, and that companies must abide by this approach.  The logic, legally speaking, would seem to imply that if Hasbro Toy Co. had seriously invested on the sound legal basis as an industrial co. in Lakeshore, it would be at Lakeshore's discretion whether they wanted to regard Hasbro as an agricultural company????  Doesn't the law bind Lakeshore to adhere to certain fundamental definitions, including the one for "agricultural"?
