Mosaic, Fokus - Value a Junior Miner’s Gold in the Ground

Fokus owns, with 10M shares,16% of Mosaic Minerals which is an interesting play on its own. At today's closing that's a value of 1.2 M$. If we consider the value of FKM at closing, of 9.3 M$ and consider the Mosaic shares, that's 13% of Fokus. Is this really being appreciated? Simply put, only 8.1 M$ of the current cap. is for Fokus' gold in the ground. That's 6 M$ USD. Using only as book value the estimated gold from the 2012 estimate, that's 700 M$ USD in the ground, before any mining consideration costs. Using P&P (Proven & Probable) estimates, can we agree that 380,000 ounces X $ 160 (P&P value according to Munk/Casey Research) / 143,000,000 (fully diluted) = $ 0.425 USD? ($ 0.58 CAD)

I have been looking at the past proven oz of Au and using the same calculation but multiplying x $100 for the sake of being conservative. and I still get $.38 per share. Add Hendrick, Moriss, and GP new drilling results in the 43-101 and what will the valuation be? MUCH HIGHER THAN 10 CENTS.

I can't complain. Every time it falls I scoop more. This is not rocket science. People are just missing out. Jean Rainville knows what he's doing and the resource assesment will prove exactly that, again. Logistics matter and when it will be time for the economic assesment, it will, again, prove that this project will be very competitive compared to other projects in Canada due to close ...more
