i will simplify it for you - the principals took a stock/company with a lot of promise / potential from $3.65 to under  ONE DOLLAR in a matter of weeks.  all the time giving great press releases about growing and expanding into california,  which still drove the stock down.  The main priciple has taken his money out and raised money witrh a 9.5% interest rate....  dont have to be a genius to figure out they are in trouble.  btw what is your connection to this stock - investor or principal??
