RE:RE:There was a release on SEDAR yesterday giving updatesI have never seen such a secretive document on SEDAR, with all sorts of "commercially sensitive information" redacted. Some entire pages are blacked out. What we know for sure is that Scotts Miracle-Gro is putting up 11.5 million $$$ for Flowr to build ten more grow rooms in Kelowna, plus various secret signing dollars, milestone payments, and ongoing service fees. Looks like a sweet deal for Flowr, plus they get two of the ten grow rooms for their own use, while the other eight are for Scotts Miracle-Gro to conduct "scientific research and development." Both companies will benefit from whatever new cannabis varieties, profit efficiencies, or growing techniques that arise from the new science!
