The big question to be answered is what is management

planning to do once the company is earning a profit? By that, I mean the huge share count outstanding challenges listing on exchanges. I predict at minimum, a 10 to 1 reverse split  of the common shares! Makes sense to me. Any other ideas?

the only logical answer is what i posted several months ago when I saw directors dumping these shares....this will get taken private....and /but all senior management will be blown out....unless they are part of funding the buy out. There is not enough demand for their product to cover their debt and be attracitve to new investors. But you are essentially right that a 10-1 roll up could also work. ...more

Where do you see dumping? I see one director who sold a small amount of shares because he was fired
