RE: Falconbridge''''s clause (final answer)Have to have my 2 cents in here. All contracts between 2 entities as in a limited company / corporation ... is bidding regardless who owns the company. If FNI is take over and go private in the extrem case, the entity as First Nickel still exist and all contractual obligations stay the FirstNickel. The same applies with the other party. If there are special contract that say otherwise that all are status quo until the contract expires. 2 cents.
