I hardly call selling 25 million shares off in this manor insignificant.
In the case of SGR they finally told these chumps to take a hike and cancelled their PP...
CCE told these guys to also take a hike, left them out of the placement I believe.
If Anderson took afferitive action as I have proposed it would catch these guys flat footed and they would have to cover their short via the market..... The lent shares would be called back by their respective brokerages and the scumbags would get a new size bung hole.
This has been ongoing for several months.... as long as the shorts see the scentiment as negative, have the oportunity to cover via a cheap PP they will have their chimps here bashing the stock...
