This build out will take several years to complet, so a portion will come out of cash flow and a portion will come out of financings.... financingsssssssss.. get it.. They will not raise $100 million at todays share price and leave it in the bank.... they will finance as required under more favourable cercumstances.. Get lost you lieing scumbag...
