In great shape......NOT !!

In great shape......NOT !!

I had a lengthy conversation with Tom Boehlert the other day, after I called him to complain about the fact that we, as a company, couldn't even get the website right, which is really the companys first interaction with potential investors, to have the proper date for the annual meeting. If anybody cared to look, the 2010 meeting was what was posted,,,,the 2011 meeting never even made it at all. The reason anyone at head office, has paid any attention to it is because of me,,,no one else. They all missed it.  At my insistence, it was finally updated, like I told Tom Boehlert,,,this is shoddy ness to the highest degree,,in my opinion. How can he get the job of running a mine right, when he cant even get the website correct,is it too much to ask to hire one competent person that would assume that job.  I spoke at length with him and I really think we should be buying back our own shares,,,are they not a great value at this price ?

Tom, invested 1/2 a million at .16,,,,,,wouldn't he like to be buying the shares now,,,,he is out 1/4 million,,,not really something to brag about,,is it ?? I don't care what anyone says, but a companys performance is reflected directly by it's stock price,,,period,,,,at least that is the way it is with every other company on the market,,,,,,period,,,,,,I suggested we should be buying back our own shares at this price,,,,but he didn't agree,,,,so what I take from that is that he feels the company is worth even less than todays .08 price.....so how low will it go,is it a two cent company????,,,,he didn't say,,,,but he sure wasn't convincing to me as an investor,,,,I suggested that maybe they have too many VP's and not enough scoop trams,,,,but again he didn't agree,,,,I told him that muck down the ore pass is the only thing that pays the bills,,,and we need more of that. He seemed satisfied that the management at Lockerby was just fine....again I don't agree....

Like I told him, I will be at the annual meeting, and I ask all of you, who are concerned as I am,,to be there as well,,,we need to make them understand that we are not happy with the stock price,,,,,,,unless you were smart enough to have shorted the stock,,,,I wish I would have,,,,I would be a millionaire now and wouldn't care how low it went,,,,but unfortunately for me ...I am long, in a big way,,,and suffering with these huge losses,,,we need a miracle..................but again,,,,,,that's just my opinion....................
