Some info to chew on...

Some info to chew on...When I look at junior companies, nothing is more important to me than 3 things.

1) Location. If the company isnt in a mining friendly location, screw it, im out. Not going to invest in unstable areas as the govt could take the land back if its that corrupt. The riskiest I will go is certain parts of south africa, as I have been there. FDNs Coldstream property is in a great area and mining friendly.

2) Share float. If the shares outstanding are greater than 100M and the shares are below .15, I wont touch it. Every half penny will be a battle and its not a battle im willing to fight. With FDN, the share float is very attractive, at less than 50M it allows enough liquidity, but also will find serious gains on serious news. No 100K blocks up here.

3) Management. Look at this page, it speaks for itself. https://www.foundationres.com/s/Management.asp

For a spec play, FDN meets the check for me, its up to you does it meet the check for you as well? DYODD and let us all know what you find
