It's very speculative thinking. It would be nice if they were able to go in that direction once the merger closes.

If they can pull this off and you can get tested with this technology for COVID with high accuracy and what I have read it would take around 10 minutes for results , this will be a home run . CHEERS ...more

I think that was the number of shares distributed from a financing , not the total outstanding shares of Avisa.
