Our Shares

What will happen to our shares ? Are we going to get $2.30 per share or should I sell it for $2.22. I'm sorry I am too new in this game.

You will get $2.30 when the deal closes early next year, assuming no surprises. The deal could fall through (unlikely) or another suitor may come in and offer more (also unlikely) Selling now puts the gain/LOSS into this yaers taxes rather than next years.
