the truth is found in this direct quote from last 10Q filing:
"The Company is in the process of securing working capital from investors for common stock, convertible notes payable............
THIS IS CALLED DILUTION
and over the next 3 months before we find out about in the 10k on sept 30, you can bet there will be plenty of it.
and that's why the stock price will continue down for now, imo..
