the bottom line is that Frankly didn't have revenue and had big losses and Worldnow had revenue and made money. not sure if Frankly was ever going to make money with their model and Worldnow had slowing revenue and needing mobile help. Put the two together and Frankly can help Worldnow fix their revenue and likely grow it now, and Frankly can have their costs/losess covered by the combination of businesses. The combined businesses should make money but we won't know for sure until they report a few quarters with the combined financials. Q3 only has one month of Worldnow in it. H1 only had one month in it as well, likely why itis only slightly ahead. but give them 12 months and lets see..
