Rollback and offering

Rollback and offeringI contacted the company and they confirmed there will be a rollback of shares in order to meet the minimum Nasdaq share price.  I'm guessing it will be at least a 1 for 10 if the share price stays at this level.  The company doesn't know yet how many new shares will be available in the offering they will do.  I don't like the dilution, but I like the idea of a Nasdaq listing, and they must have people wanting to take part in an offering around the $5 per 'new' share price if they are going ahead with this, which is a good sign.  Hopefully this will be one of those times when a rollback turns out well.  I think it will take more than just a Nasdaq listing to improve the share price.
