FRP Chairman a "dissident" (Sour grapes?)

FRP Chairman a "dissident" (Sour grapes?)November 19, 2007 Solex Responds to Dissident Circular TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 19, 2007) - Solex Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SOX) ("Solex" or the "Company") reports: On Friday, November 16, 2007, management of Solex was advised that a dissident group led by Mohan R. Vulimiri has been soliciting proxies for the upcoming Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company. Mr. Vulimiri is a current director of Solex and was not nominated for re-election and is the Chairman of Solex's joint venture partner, Frontier Pacific Mining Corporation. Management of Solex and its advisors are carefully reviewing the communications made by the dissidents and will be responding to what it believes are inaccurate statements that have been made later today. Solex encourages its shareholders to contact the Company to obtain information that will assist them in making an informed decision on voting and to submit proxies in favour of the board nominees set out in Solex's proxy circular. This is TOTALLY inappropriate for Mohan R. Vulimiri to be acting in this fashion. I know what I would be doing. This is shameful unprofessional behaviour in my view.
