Catch more flies with honey than vinegar!

Catch more flies with honey than vinegar! It appears that the board of FRP prefers contention rather than reasonable business negotiations....

They fought with Solex management at every turn (their own business partners!) and now they are fighting with Eldorado... can these guys not get along with anyone without some sort of a fight? This isnt the way to conduct business. Eldorado is a recognized entity with a decent reputation. Surely they are reasonable... maybe the gltich is with FRP management in not knowing how to conduct themselves in a manner befitting the situation at hand.  Now they have created acrimony which won't help the process will it? Shareholders interests are not being looked after as best they could be in my view.
